• GOG — DRM-free PC copy for people who want the mill without a Steam client.
• Epic Games Store — another PC key-in-a-launcher option. Same 1.0 game.

Steam remains the place with achievements, trading cards, and the news hub. If you only own GOG, the loop is identical; the wiki’s save path still applies (%APPDATA%\LumberjacksDynasty\Save).

Consoles

• Xbox — Lumberjack’s Dynasty on Xbox One and Xbox Series (store listing 9P7JPDBRQTMZ in Microsoft’s catalogue). Released 30 June 2022.
• PlayStation 4 — same date. Trophy list mirrors Steam achievements (Husband, Father, Mill worker, and the rest).

Ports are bumpier. Read console release before you treat a sale price as a steal.

If a quest is bricked, backup the save first, then mail support. Wiki pages cannot roll back a marker.

No official Discord is required to finish the mill. If Toplitz invites you to one via Steam news, treat Steam news as the invite, not a third-party clone.

DLC and extras

Digital Supporter Pack: soundtrack, wallpapers, Getting Started PDF, Ponsse feature videos, world map. It does not add a better saw or a second valley. Buy it if you like extras. Skip it if you only want logging to work.

Bundles with Alaska Gold Fever, Industry Giant 2, or other Toplitz sims appear and vanish. They are unrelated loops. Medieval Dynasty is the famous cousin, not a patch for this forest.

Spec and languages

Before you click Buy, glance at system requirements. Windows 64-bit, DX11, 12 GB free, Deck unsupported. Languages: English and German full audio, plus a long subtitle list. This wiki’s languages are English, German, French, Spanish.

When you own it, start at Getting Started, not at a Ponsse unboxing video from 2020. Official trailers are for mood. Official support is for bricks. The wiki is for the orange saw bar in between.

How to write a useful support mail

Include platform (Steam / GOG / Epic / PS4 / Xbox), build if you know it, and whether the uncle loan is paid. Attach a description of the last quest marker, not a novel. Mention if you already tried a second save slot. Toplitz cannot see your wiki tab; they can see a save if you follow their instructions. Do not send pirated copies. Do not demand a Linux port; Steam lists Windows.

If the mill switch is the issue, photograph or describe which product it is set to (logs vs blanks) and whether Engineer’s Sight shows wet planks. That single sentence saves a week of mail about a broken economy. Numbers for a healthy board live on mill profits. Legal cuts live on logging. Official links cannot replace those pages; they only host the people who shipped the valley.
