Lumberjack's Dynasty Updates
From April 2020 Early Access to the 1.0 mill and the later PlayStation and Xbox ports.
Lumberjack’s Dynasty is a finished 1.0 game, not a weekly Roblox title. Updates still matter because the public history explains why two guides disagree and why a console save feels cursed. This hub is the timeline. Child pages go deep on version 1.0, the patch history through 1.09.1 and the quiet 2026 build, and the console release.
Timeline
- 22 October 2018 — First seen on SteamDB.
- 30 April 2020 — Steam Early Access. The logging minigame, nail-gun repairs, and mill skeleton were already the pitch.
- August 2020 — Licensed Ponsse machines: Scorpion, Cobra, Bison, plus a pile of suspension, social-point, and repair-icon fixes. The vehicles page is written as if you own this patch because 1.0 kept the machines.
- 25 February 2021 — Version 1.0 full launch. Toplitz called out better characters, environments, and large projects such as bridge-building. Digital Supporter Pack launched the same day.
- 1 March 2021 era — Community vehicle tables tagged as v1.01. Prices on the vehicle tier list snapshot this window.
- 30 June 2022 — PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series ports. Same loop, more bugs. Read console release before you gift the Xbox version as a cozy sim.
- 1 July 2021 – 10 May 2023 — Machines and Fixes, Revision Parts, 1.07–1.09.1. Dated on patch history.
- 16 February 2026 — untitled SteamDB public build. No store feature list. Still not a sequel.
- 2025–2026 — Steam still sells the game, still lists Deck as unsupported, still bundles it with other Toplitz titles. Farmer’s Dynasty 2 is a cousin trailer on the hub, not a Lumberjack patch.
What 1.0 actually added for players
The store pitch did not change: cut, haul, mill, repair, marry, cook, fish. 1.0 was polish plus systems that Early Access promised — heavier projects, family, licensed forestry kit already in from the Ponsse update. If you boot a 2026 Steam copy, you are on that 1.0 lineage, not on a 2020 EA build. Guides on this wiki assume 1.0 PC.
If a YouTube video shows missing Ponsse lots, it is EA footage. If it shows a Timberjack from a quest, it can still be valid. Match videos to Getting Started instead of to a random 2020 Let’s Play.
How to use patch notes with the rest of the wiki
- Machines appeared or changed → vehicle tier list.
- Mill extras misbehave → mill profits and product tier list.
- Console-only pain → console release then controls.
- “Is it out yet?” → It launched 25 February 2021. The review is about whether you want it, not when.
Support and where notes hide
Toplitz posts on their site, Steam news hub, Discord, and YouTube. This wiki does not mirror every hotfix. For a stuck save, email support@toplitz-productions.com and keep a copy of %APPDATA%\LumberjacksDynasty\Save. Official links and community links collect the doors.
There is no codes drop and no season pass. When the mill is confusing, it is usually a switch, a wet pallet, or a port bug — not a missing patch you failed to redeem.
Read version 1.0 for launch features, patch history for 1.01–1.09.1, or console release if your copy is not the Steam Windows build.
